Hosting and access data
STRATO GmbH hosts this website. Technically necessary access data is processed when you visit, such as your IP address, time, requested page and browser information. This supports website delivery and security based on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention and processing agreement
A data processing agreement with STRATO is in place. STRATO states that visitor IP addresses are retained for attack detection and prevention for a maximum of seven days. We do not maintain additional permanent access-log archives. The STRATO link below provides more information about hosting-provider processing.
Email requests
Depending on your request, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. We keep requests for as long as necessary to handle them, then delete them unless statutory retention duties or legitimate reasons require otherwise. Providing information is voluntary, but we may not be able to answer without the necessary details.
Language preference
When you choose a language, your browser saves it locally as heinventory-language. No tracking service is used. Delete the website data to remove this preference.
Contact and external links
When you contact us by email, we process the information you provide to handle your request. Google Play and Kassenka portal links open other websites with their own privacy notices. The app privacy notice is linked separately.
Your rights
